Hyatt Place Ann Arbor Opens with a Grand Celebration

Ann Arbor officially has a brand-new place to meet, dine and rest. The Hyatt Place Ann Arbor is a new, six-story hotel with 142 over-sized guest rooms, each featuring one or two king-size beds.

The hotel, which opened in early January, has a design inspired by Ann Arbor and local sights such as picturesque Kerrytown Market & Shops, officials say. The hotel also has amenities including a fitness center, indoor pool and 1,700 square feet of flexible event space.

The Hyatt Place Ann Arbor features multiple food and beverage offerings such as the 24/7 Gallery Market with meals and snacks to-go, the Coffee to Cocktails Bar serving cooked-to-order shareables, Starbucks specialty beverages, beer, wine, and cocktails, and the complimentary Gallery Kitchen Breakfast with a rotating daily menu of fresh options, including cage-free eggs and Greek yogurt parfaits.

The Hyatt Place Ann Arbor is minutes from Downtown Ann Arbor and some of the area’s top attractions, including the University of Michigan, Michigan Stadium (The Big House) and the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum. The hotel is also across the street from dozens of shopping and dining options at the Briarwood Mall and within close proximity to I-94.
