The Grand Rapids Art Museum has been approved for a $35,000 National Endowment for the Arts’ grant to support its 2022 exhibition Dawoud Bey & Carrie Mae Weems: In Dialogue. The exhibition brings together 139 works spanning 40 years by today’s most important and influential photo-based artists.
