Miller Johnson, a full-service law firm providing counsel to businesses and individuals has acquired Detroit-based Lusk Albertson, a law firm serving the education sector. The acquisition is set to close on August 31, 2020. The combined firm is comprised of 105 attorneys in three offices statewide.
