IPO was able to break many of its records in 2020. With 33 sales in Metro Detroit, IPO brokered more than double the amount of transactions as the next brokerage and more than the next 3 combined. In addition IPO brokered the sale of 83 multifamily communities across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.
