P&THE Manufacturing Purchases the Assets of Turbo Components

FRUITPORT, Mich. — P&THE Manufacturing, LLC, a MBE holding company that provides high performing manufacturing solutions through business acquisitions and joint ventures, announced the purchase of the assets (property, equipment, real estate) of Turbo Components, Inc., an aluminum foundry and machine shop with locations in Fruitport and Spring Lake, Mich.

This strategic move will both expand P&THE’s presence and reinforce its commitment to innovation and inclusivity within the aluminum foundry industry. The new subsidiary will be named TCI Aluminum.

With this acquisition of assets, P&THE solidifies its position as a champion of minority ownership and representation.
