Kapnick Insurance, Lake Trust, Marsh McLennan Agency, and NOW Health.Sara joined the Kapnick Insurance team back in 2017, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the wellness industry spanning over 20 years. Throughout her career, Sara has gained diverse expertise in various aspects of health promotion, such as developing, designing, and implementing wellness programs, providing health coaching, and driving business development.

As the Senior Vice President of Wellness, Sara holds the responsibility of continuously developing well-being solutions and business strategies that foster worksite well-being. Collaborating with her team, she assists clients in creating health management programs that not only help them control the escalating healthcare costs but also cultivate a healthier and more productive workforce. Sara’s true passion lies in empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their utmost health potential.

Sara’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in healthcare, and she is certified as an Intrinsic CoachTM. Alongside her professional endeavors, she shares an adventurous life with her husband, Kip, and their two daughters. In her leisure time, Sara indulges in fitness activities, both on water and snow, and enjoys watching Bravo. Furthermore, she actively contributes to the WIU Exercise Science Advisory Board.
