GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Holland Home has brought on Suzanne Bolt, MM, SCHRM-SCP, to be its new Director of Human Resources. Suzanne comes from Pine Rest, an organization for which she had served various roles since 2002, most recently as the Director of Human Resources since 2016.
Suzanne graduated from Calvin College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Psychology. She went on to earn her Master of Management from the University of Phoenix in 2008 and her SHRM-SCP certification in 2018.
Suzanne has extensive experience in strategically leading an organization in relation to the function of human resources and business development, particularly in regard to the impact on staff. She specializes in establishing human resources objectives that align with and further the mission of the organization—an essential aspect of Holland Home.
Outside of work, Suzanne volunteers for the Girl Scouts of Michigan Shore to Shore program and is an active member in the Fourth Reformed Church of Grand Rapids’ Consistory, where she served as one of the church’s first two female deacons in 2018.
