Farbman Group, a leading full-service commercial real estate company, announced three new hires have been added to the firm’s maintenance team, including Terry Kochis as lead engineer and Rich Johnston and Mike Quigley as maintenance technicians. Farbman Group CEO Andrew V. Farbman made the announcement.
“Terry, Rich and Mike bring a high level of facility maintenance experience to the firm,” said Farbman. “We are thrilled to have these hard-working individuals working on our team to ensure that our buildings are properly maintained to the high standard our tenants have come to know under our careful management.”
As lead engineer, Kochis will oversee Sheffield Office Park, a Farbman Group managed property located in Troy, Michigan. Prior to joining the company, he worked as director of facilities overseeing three schools for over 18 years. Before that, Terry worked as a maintenance supervisor in real estate for 15 years.
Quigley joins the team as a maintenance technician for Fashion Square Mall in Saginaw, Michigan under the Farbman Group managed portfolio. He has 30 years of experience working in various maintenance roles over the years.
Johnston also joins the team as a maintenance technician. With over three years of experience, he will assist with the operations of multiple Farbman Group managed buildings.
