A Nov. 14 groundbreaking event celebrated plans to transform a vacant movie theater property on 28th Street in Wyoming into a $35 million, 226-apartment community called HŌM Flats at 28 West. The project is being developed by Magnus Capital Partners, which is owned by Zeeland native Vishal Arora.
