Grand Rapids public space Rosa Parks Circle is undergoing renovations in advance of its 20th anniversary in 2021. The volunteer group Ecliptic at Rosa Parks Circle Conservancy is leading the $2 million effort. The park has experienced nearly two-thirds more foot traffic than planned.
