Emma’s Hope is a brand of sauces at the two Detroit-area locations of Vince and Joe’s Gourmet Market. The brand is named after Emma, the granddaughter of Joe Vitale Sr, one of the store’s founders. A portion of the proceeds goes to Hope Network for autism services. More than $20,000 has been raised.
