Executive Director, NPower MichiganCamille Walker Banks is the executive director for NPower Michigan, leading an expansion to the Detroit/southeast Michigan market. Banks is a Detroit native with deep roots in the business, nonprofit and philanthropic communities. She recently led the highest-performing site in the United States for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses initiative at Wayne State University. Banks is a seasoned, growth-minded leader who has built a successful career across corporate and government sectors. Her 20-year career has a strong foundation in business growth and development, process improvement, and capital access that spans across industries including technology, service, manufacturing, and philanthropy. A two-time Wayne State graduate, Banks holds a bachelor’s in finance from the Ilitch School and a master's of urban planning.

Cindy worked jointly as Executive Director for Hello West Michigan and Vice President of Talent Initiatives for The Right Place for many years before stepping into her role for The Right Place full time. Under Cindy’s leadership, Hello West Michigan's membership, programming, and regional awareness grew exponentially, helping establish West Michigan as a destination for top talent.

In 2017, he received the designation “FEA”, Family Enterprise Advisor, successfully completing a 1000 hour course focused on training advisors of Family Business / Family Enterprises. Beyond serving as Chairman of IIC Partners, Todd is a Past Committee Member on the Judson Center’s Golf Planning Committee, Past Chair for The Epilepsy Foundation of Michigan and serves on past Board of Advisors of MichBusiness and CORP! President, State of Michigan Chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human ResourcesLee E. Meadows, is a Professor of Management at Walsh College and a Consultant with over 30 years of experience working in, consulting for, writing about and presenting on Human Resource issues. He has a strong background in Human Resources and is on the forefront of identifying trends that will impact the profession. As a Human Resource professional, his practical experiences include progressive leadership roles at Michigan State University, General Motors, the Kellogg Foundation, EDS/A.T. Kearney, Consulting Services, Con-Way Transportation Services. He is currently the President of the State of Michigan Chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources and co-founder and co-leader of the Walsh College Annual Human Resources Summit and the HR Analytics Conference. He has presented sessions at Michigan HR Day, MISHRM, MNSHRM, DetroitSHRM, American Society of Employers (ASE), Association for Training and Development (ATD) and the Detroit Administrative HR Day. He publishes monthly articles on his LinkedIn page, Forbes Coaches Council, Advisory Council and TrainingIndustry.com. He remains active in designing, developing and delivering leadership and HR curriculums for both profit and non-profit organizations.
