ALLSTAR Chauffeured Services President Bob Beutel, who began his business in 1994 with one stretch limousine and himself as the only driver, celebrates his 25th anniversary with a fleet of 47 vehicles, employees numbering in the high 70s and a distinguished group of 60 professional chauffeurs.
