DETROIT — Matrix Human Services announce the appointment of Starr Allen-Pettway as its new Chief Operating Officer.
Allen-Pettway brings a wealth of experience, expertise and a track record of success in managing multiple programs, facilities and processes to create a functional work environment for all staff.
Allen-Pettway earned a master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health from Howard University, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bennett College. Her background in leadership, program management and organizational strategy underscores her deep understanding of the
complexities and challenges faced by many within Detroit.
As Matrix Human Services continues to expand its reach and deepen its impact in the field of human services, Allen-Pettway will play a pivotal role in steering the organization toward new heights.
