Trina Govan Scott is Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion for the Quicken Loans Family of Companies and its team members across the United States.

In this role, Trina develops the strategy and infrastructure that foster a culture of inclusivity and diverse perspectives. She is passionate about people and creating a work environment grounded in collaboration and freedom for self-expression. She also seeks to build positive connections between the Quicken Loans Family of Companies and its local communities, by helping to attract and engage top diverse talent.

Trina joined the Quicken Loans Family of Companies in early 2017 after 10 years with a public accounting firm where she focused on corporate social responsibility and rolled out diversity and inclusion initiatives at the company’s three office locations.

As a native Detroiter, Trina is innately passionate about the community and committed to providing underserved young people with the resources necessary to flourish both personally and professionally.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Oakland University where she also competed on the school’s women’s basketball team and is a Certified Fraud Examiner. She serves on the Detroit PAL board and Midnight Golf Program advisory board.

Trina resides in Michigan with her husband and daughter, and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends and giving back to the community.
