For Human Resources leaders conversations about employee engagement, employee wellbeing and recognition happen every day. Some organizations are looking for a checkbox, others want detailed plans and regular reports. Some spend a ton of money and then never follow through. What makes a plan succeed or fail? And how much of that falls on you?

In this session, Human resource leaders will learn how explore (and expose) the good, the bad, and the ugly around employee engagement and recognition in the Health and Wellness space. Attendees will walk away with an understanding of how to create an employee wellness program that garners the recognition, and the engagement employees are seeking.

Lauren Hundert, Owner, Balanced Wellness Centre

Each day, whether we are consciously aware of it or not, we are presented with causes for challenge and celebration.

Whether as an employee, caregiver, parent, friend- we encounter things that slow us down, stress us out, fire us up, excite us, drain us- you get the idea.

I am Lauren Hundert, Owner of The Balanced Wellness Centre. My goal is to encourage moments of recognition and appreciation and leverage them into meaningful resources and connections to keep you moving forward: I am here to help you find whatever support it is you need, and use it.

Having combined my love of wellness (practicing and becoming certified in multiple modalities over the last 5 years), with my love for networking (a member of several groups throughout Canada and the US), I have leveraged my own knowledge and networks to create The Balanced Wellness Centre.

The Balanced Wellness Centre exists for one simple reason; to address the daily struggles and celebrations you face personally and professionally, find what support is needed for you and your team to work, live, and feel your best, and the experts that can help.
