Camille Walker Banks is the executive director for NPower Michigan, leading an expansion to the Detroit/southeast Michigan market. Banks is a Detroit native with deep roots in the business, nonprofit and philanthropic communities. She recently led the highest-performing site in the United States for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses initiative at Wayne State University. Banks is a seasoned, growth-minded leader who has built a successful career across corporate and government sectors. Her 20-year career has a strong foundation in business growth and development, process improvement, and capital access that spans across industries including technology, service, manufacturing, and philanthropy. A two-time Wayne State graduate, Banks holds a bachelor’s in finance from the Ilitch School and a master's of urban planning.

Lesley is the owner of Strategic Recruiting Services, LLC. As a business owner for over 30 years, she brings a strategic focus, vision, and mature judgment when she partners with clients. Lesley was the founder and President of StaffPro America, a staffing firm. Her company received numerous awards, including Corp! Magazine's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For. After StaffPro, Lesley decided to sell the company and turn her focus on the staffing needs of small to mid-sized companies. Lesley serves on the Advisory Board for MichBusiness and is a Trusted Adviser for Vistage, Michigan. She serves as a member of the Vision Clarification Team and the Nominating Committee for her church in Brighton, Michigan. Michigan. Pieter’s passion is facilitation and adult learning. He has been on the advisory board of the Metro Detroit Best and Brightest since 2010. Pieter currently owns and operates his own leadership development company, Lead The Way Performance Solutions. Prior to joining Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, Jody worked for FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) in Corporate Diversity and Talent Acquisition as well as for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan in Strategic Talent Acquisition and Diversity Program Management. She is a Certified Diversity Professional, has served on the adjunct faculty at Wayne State and is on the board of the Michigan Diversity Council.
