Banks is a seasoned, growth-minded leader who has built a successful career across corporate and government sectors. A two-time Wayne State graduate, Banks holds a bachelor’s in finance from the Ilitch School and a master's of urban planning.

Lesley is the owner of Strategic Recruiting Services, LLC. As a business owner for over 30 years, she brings a strategic focus, vision, and mature judgment when she partners with clients. Lesley was the founder and President of StaffPro America, a staffing firm. Her company received numerous awards, including Corp! Magazine's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For. After StaffPro, Lesley decided to sell the company and turn her focus on the staffing needs of small to mid-sized companies. Lesley serves on the Advisory Board for MichBusiness and is a Trusted Adviser for Vistage, Michigan. She serves as a member of the Vision Clarification Team and the Nominating Committee for her church in Brighton, Michigan. Michigan. Lesley completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program in 2016, and she will be leading the Executive Leadership Team for the Pink Fund in 2017.

Pieter has over 30 years of leadership experience beginning as a US Army Ranger with the 75th Ranger Regiment followed by 20 years of operational leadership at IBM and 9 years with an extremely successful entrepreneurial company where he was responsible for the leadership development of the organization. Pieter’s passion is facilitation and adult learning. He has been on the advisory board of the Metro Detroit Best and Brightest since 2010. Pieter currently owns and operates his own leadership development company, Lead The Way Performance Solutions. Pieter is a teacher, facilitator, and coach implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) for his clients.

Responsible for overseeing the Sales, Operations, and Business Development of V-Suites in order to support its’ growing client demands and new business opportunities, Gary brings over 30 years of temporary living experience to V-Suites, from ownership and strategy planning to sales leadership and vendor and client relations. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Strategic Alliances at National Corporate Housing. Gary has also served as the Senior Vice President of Aboda Corporate Housing and the President/ CEO of Temporary Living Consulting, a Boston-based corporate housing consulting firm, which achieved more than $2.5 million in annual revenue.

Jim Bitterle, Managing Partner, joined EDSI in 2008 to lead its management consulting division, EDSI Consulting. He brings more than 30 years of corporate leadership and management consulting experience to the company. Jim directly provided executive focused training for Fortune 100 clients such as Microsoft, Hewlett Packard and Cisco Systems. As a prior Divisional President and COO, Jim provides real-world examples, as well as deep subject matter expertise as a trainer or speaker. EDSI Consulting is a division of EDSI. EDSI’s services include management consulting, workforce consulting, and workforce development program management.

In her current role, Jody focuses on developing and maintaining an inclusive and diverse workforce. Jody’s oversight includes corporate-wide D&I programs, six Business Resource Groups and the D&I council, all to ensure an inclusive workplace. Prior to joining Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, Jody worked for FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) in Corporate Diversity and Talent Acquisition as well as for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan in Strategic Talent Acquisition and Diversity Program Management. She is a Certified Diversity Professional, has served on the adjunct faculty at Wayne State and is on the board of the Michigan Diversity Council.  

Karen is the Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Greenleaf Trust. Karen is responsible for the operations and strategy for human resources. Among her many responsibilities are the administration of policies, procedures and programs, employee relations, talent selection, development management and retention, benefits administration, legal compliance, budgeting, training and development and business development. Karen has over 20 years of experience in human resources in the banking/finance industry. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Michigan University, a Certified Staffing Professional designation through the American Staffing Association and a Senior Certified Professional designation through the Society for Human Resource Management.

Katherine F. Cser is a commercial litigator, who focuses her practice on labor and employment issues in federal and state courts. She counsels and advises business owners, managers and human resources professionals on workplace issues including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour laws, medical leave laws, among other concerns. Katherine has practiced law in Michigan and New York and is also experienced in commercial transactions litigation, as well as restrictive covenants and intellectual property and related tort claims.

Keith is a 40 Year Veteran advocate with heavy legislative experience, strong record of success in writing, lobbying for, and getting passage of laws to benefit ALL veterans. Adjudicated 1,000's of veteran claims for benefits. Expert in Veteran laws and VA claims and the difference between them. Through the years, Keith has taken on a variety of leadership roles on the National, State and Local levels. He is committed to helping today’s veterans as they transition out of the military and back into American society.

Stephen Childs is the Vice President and CHRO at Panasonic Automotive which is a $3 billion global leader in the OEM Infotainment space with over 7,000 employees. Childs also serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for the Fayette Chamber, Board of Advisors for the Metro Atlanta Chamber and a new Board Member of Fayette Senior Services.
