COURSE DESCRIPTION
Leadership is a skill that affects every aspect of building a successful business.

Oakland County’s Business of Leadership has leveraged decades of experience in working with small and second stage businesses
to create a leadership program that addresses the specific needs of business owners and business managers.

“Excellent workshop! I had attended the fall session and learned about how to be a more effective leader and how and why each of us as individuals need to adapt different leadership styles dependent upon the skills and experience for those we are leading and influencing.”
—SARAH MCNULTY, VP OF SERVICE SALES, LEED GA

The Business of Leadership program uses a peer cohort model that allows participants to broaden their perspective while learning with and from one another. These “real-world” course exercises place special emphasis on strategic planning and implementation strategies for what has been learned.
