Green Light Growth Acquires, Rebrands Middleville Tool & Die Co.

    GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Michigan-basedGreen Light Growth Partners, LLC, a private investment firm specializing in the automotive industry, announced the acquisition and rebranding of Middleville Tool & Die Co., a market leader in metal forming.

    The company, located at 1900 Patterson Avenue, 25 miles south of Grand Rapids, will now be known as Middleville Engineered Solutions, LLC, reflecting its commitment to engineering-centric solutions.

    GLGP’s partnership with the MES management team represents a strategic opportunity to foster growth in a differentiated supplier within the automotive industry.
