Sara Scheffer has been with Corp! Magazine, MichBusiness, and Michigan Food and Beverage Association for the past 12 years with increasingly greater responsibilities. She was named Vice President of Operations in 2017 with oversight of advertising and sponsorships, subscriber and member relations, as well as event and awards productions. In addition, she leads the Board of Advisors for each of the brands. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and her previous experience is in the restaurant management, education, and recruiting fields. Sara has been appointed to serve on the Michigan Diversity Council Board of Directors and the National Diversity Council’s Women in Leadership Board. She’s been an evaluator for Michigan Celebrates Small Business Awards and a judge for the WWJ Pitch Competition.
