Joe has over 30 years of Senior Executive experience in the personal lines insurance, banking, life, financial services and roadside assistance industries. His previous experience includes 25 years as a Senior Management Team Executive with Allstate Insurance, helping Allstate transform its business models in several key strategic areas.

Most recently and before joining AAA Auto Club Group, Joe enjoyed 5 years at Farmers Insurance as a Senior Executive building its expansion from a West coast based regional carrier to a national brand. In addition to countrywide oversight of the Farmers brand, he led Farmers entry and growth in numerous Eastern United States markets.

Joe serves on the Boards of the Henry Ford Health Systems, Business Leaders of Michigan and is a Presidents Council member for the Department of Insurance and Financial Services in Michigan.

He is a graduate of Temple University and a Fellow of “CEO Perspectives” at The Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Joe, his wife Beth and four children are active members of their community. They are supporters of Dave’s (Wendy’s) Children Adoption Center supporter and they have been St. Bernard’s project volunteers helping victims of Superstorm Sandy in New Jersey and Hurricane Katrina in Louisiana.
