Devin has been a part of the RAPP family since 2011, and currently leads the Global Communications and DE&I practices for RAPP Worldwide. She works to elevate the RAPP Worldwide brand both externally and within Omnicom and harnesses her passion for DE&I to craft and execute initiatives across recruiting, engagement and retention that aim to make RAPP an industry-leading diverse, inclusive and equitable agency. In addition to her role at RAPP, Devin serves as the Global Chairperson of Omnicom’s LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, OPEN Pride, and on Omnicom’s OPEN Leadership team.
