Brent Mikulski, President & CEO of Services to Enhance Potential, has been working within Community Mental Health since the late 1990s. He started his non-profit career managing contracts for over 125 residential group homes and semi-independent living units. Since then he has held various executive level positions overseeing outpatient mental health programs, an inpatient psychiatric center, and a transitional housing program. Since 2014, Brent has served as President and CEO of Services to Enhance Potential. Brent holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and a Master’s in Business Administration Degree from Wayne State University. In addition to his dedication to the mission and vision of STEP, Brent is active on a variety of community boards including Arc of Dearborn, Wayne County Sheriff Youth and Senior Educational Fund, Lake Ridge Residential Services, and the Dearborn Area Chamber of Commerce.
