OAK PARK, Mich. – Metro Detroit’s food rescue nonprofit Forgotten Harvest welcomes Autumn Parrott as chief philanthropy officer after several months of searching for the right candidate. Parrott comes to the role from Cranbrook Educational Community, having recently served as the Senior Director of Development for the Cranbrook Academy of Art and the Art Museum.

“The entire Forgotten Harvest team and our partners are excited to welcome Autumn as she steps into this role,” said Adrian Lewis, Forgotten Harvest’s CEO. “With over 20 years of fundraising and dynamic leadership experience, I’m confident her support and vision will enhance the passion and hard work driving our mission forward every day.”

Parrott called joining the Forgotten Harvest team “an honor.”

“I am eager to serve my neighbors in the community by securing our long-term financial stability,” she said. “I look forward to this work that will enable us to broaden our reach and enhance our impact as we combat hunger and foster a healthier community for all.”
