FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. — Farbman Group, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm, today announced their class of new and returning summer interns–the company’s largest internship group to date–at twelve participants across five departments.

Farbman Group’s 2025 summer internship class includes several additions to their brokerage department. Alex Smith, a former finance intern at Farbman Group, re-joins for his second stint at the firm, where he’ll serve as an investment brokerage intern. Aidan Devine, Aidan Spehar and Adriana Barbat will also be joining as interns in Farbman Group’s brokerage department.
The firm’s summer internship class also sees a trio of additions to their property management team, including Liam Longe and Nick Parrell, who re-join Farbman Group for their second internship with the firm. Andrew Bertman also joins the programs as a first-time intern at Farbman Group.
Evan Fatur and Shane Winter join Farbman Group as first-time interns in the firm’s accounting and finance departments. Returning for his second internship at the firm, Dezmond Griggs re-joins Farbman Group to serve as a graphic design intern in the marketing department.
Taegan Lemberg and Spencer Goldberg will also gain valuable career experience at Farbman Group this summer. Lemberg is returning as an intern in lease administration. A first-time intern at the firm, Goldberg also joins Farbman Group’s lease administrative team.
Farbman Group accepts internship applicants from students across the state of Michigan and beyond. Most of the firm’s interns work out of their Detroit or Chicago offices, with others working with brokers on the road or in other locations.
