With more than 30 years of experience as a real estate developer and broker, Chandler brings a developer’s mindset and a visionary approach to every deal. From vacant land and infill sites to commercial repositioning, he has a well-earned reputation for uncovering hidden potential and turning it into tangible results.
Chandler joins Advantage after nearly a decade at Holland based boutique development company Space Source Inc., where he focused on self-storage, car wash, residential subdivision and investment brokerage and development. At Advantage, Chandler will focus on helping landowners, investors, and developers navigate the complex terrain of site selection, entitlements, and project planning.
