The Path of Consciousness spiritual and writing retreat will allow you to enhance your writing, personal, and business life with the help of various ancient, sacred and creative teachings, including writing and storytelling. Choose to stay for the one-day conference or the 3-day all-inclusive retreat.

It’s close enough to drive to and far enough to find peace, spiritual growth, and writing time at an affordable price. The event is held at the Colombiere Conference & Retreat Center which is nestled on 420 rolling acres of mature pines and hardwoods in Clarkston, Michigan.

Attendees enjoy workshops that center around storytelling, writing, screen writing, journaling, the healing arts, and finding their creative power. Nature walks, yoga, and dance are included along with a Sacred Fire Ceremony, a powerful Gong Meditation, and time to connect with community. Practitioners will be available on site to offer services which may include Reiki, Massage, and other beneficial modalities.

This event is hosted by Unique Voices in Films (UVF), a 501 (c)(3) organization headquartered in Sterling Heights, Michigan. The vision of UVF is to support meaningful and inspiring stories that inspire, empower, teach, and make the world a better place.

The Path of Consciousness and Unique Voices in Films were both founded by Weam Namou, a storyteller, speaker, filmmaker, journalist, and innovative leader. She is an award-winning author of 13 books, a Reiki Master, Health Facilitator, an ordained Minister, and a graduate of the Lynn V. Andrews four-year course of study and training in the sacred healing arts.
