Innovative Learning Group Receives ISPI Award of Excellence

TROY, Mich. — Innovative Learning Group, Inc. (ILG) has been honored with an Outstanding Human Performance Intervention Award of Excellence from the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) for its collaborative project with a global healthcare client.

“Our talented team worked seamlessly to deliver a solution that met our client’s goal of providing direction, processes, and tools to streamline and harmonize quality training across the organization,” said Gayle Holsworth, ILG’s senior director of client solutions.

The project began with the team identifying the critical business needs for global quality training at the company and then creating the governance model that would address those needs. A core element of the model was to establish a single global quality library. This would ensure local learning needs were met, deliver effective and efficient training both locally and globally, and ensure regulatory compliance. The team also outlined the implementation plan and the change management process for the model.

On April 15, ILG CEO Lisa Toenniges accepted the award on behalf of the team during ISPI’s 2025 Performance Improvement Conference, held in Jacksonville, Fla.

The Outstanding Human Performance Intervention Award of Excellence recognizes any human performance improvement, training, and/or non-training interventions.
