DETROIT – Better Made Snack Foods turns 95 on Aug. 1. Still made fresh daily in Detroit at 10148 Gratiot Avenue and still family owned, Better Made has grown into one of Michigan’s best-known iconic brand names of all time.
Part of Better Made’s success is the regular development and release of delicious new products that people crave. The company continues to support Detroit, as well as the surrounding community by raising funds for The National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Michigan Medicine CS Mott Children’s Hospital.
To celebrate the anniversary, the company has a few things planned, including introducing a commemorative Family Size Original potato chip bag, which incorporates a 95th anniversary celebration badge; giving away 95 gift boxes filled with a variety of freshly made snacks and Better Made swag; and giving away one pair of customized Better Made sneakers, hand-painted by sneaker artist Christopher Atwater.
