An experienced human resources professional with a focus on employee engagement, Amanda Keys joined Marsh & McLennan Agency in 2020 to help organizations foster a thriving culture, supporting employee well-being and diversity, equity & inclusion.

Prior to joining MMA, Amanda honed her human resources and benefits management skills working for both publicly-held and non-profit entities. The spectrum of her responsibilities included legal and regulatory compliance, vendor management, well-being initiatives, and directing DE&I strategy development.

Amanda leverages her familiarity with the unique challenges and responsibilities facing HR professionals to help organizations develop a path forward that aligns with their culture, corporate structure, and resources. Specifically, Amanda’s mission is to help organizations develop best-in-class culture, well-being, and DE&I programming to engage and retain employees and that employers can manage going forward.

Earning her Bachelor of Arts from Clark Atlanta University and her Masters in HR Administration from Central Michigan University, Amanda has also received Diversity & Inclusion certifications from University of South Florida and eCornell. Since joining MMA, she has become an active member of the Michigan Diversity Council Board of Advisors as well as MMA’s local and regional Diversity & Inclusion employee committees.

An active mother of two, Amanda enjoys exercising her creative muscles via event planning.
