Ashley Alleyne

Social Media and Diversity Strategist , RAPP Worldwide

Ashley Alleyne is a social media strategist based in London who (along with strategy) has a history of building D&I initiatives for agencies across WPP, Omnicom and Publicis. Most recently he has created the Diversity Strategist role, which aims to make D&I fundamental in the way agencies respond to client briefs and create work. He’s also never met a plant he wouldn’t buy.

Devin O’Loughlin

Global Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Communications Officer , RAPP Worldwide

Devin has been a part of the RAPP family since 2011, and currently leads the Global Communications and DE&I practices for RAPP Worldwide. She works to elevate the RAPP Worldwide brand both externally and within Omnicom and harnesses her passion for DE&I to craft and execute initiatives across recruiting, engagement and retention that aim to make RAPP an industry-leading diverse, inclusive and equitable agency. In addition to her role at RAPP, Devin serves as the Global Chairperson of Omnicom’s LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, OPEN Pride, and on Omnicom’s OPEN Leadership team.

Kamilia Landrum

Executive Director, Detroit Branch NAACP

Kamilia Landrum is a top millennial leader in Detroit’s non-profit industry. She is the youngest Executive Director in the history of the Detroit Branch NAACP; a Branch known for its extraordinary leadership and membership base, robust community engagement, and iconic Fight for Freedom Fund Dinner.  In her 15-year commitment to the Association, Kamilia has been at the forefront social justice advocacy issues from the fight to uphold Affirmative Action in Michigan to historical legislation such as Promote the Vote. She has traveled across the country for civil rights demonstrations such as Jena 6 in Louisiana and the 50th Anniversary of the Edmund Pettus Bridge Crossing in Selma, AL. Most recently she traveled from Jamestown, Virginia to Jamestown, Ghana with a delegation of NAACP leaders to recognize the 400-year mark of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade. At the Detroit Branch NAACP, Kamilia oversees the implementation of strategic partnerships and programming the Association’s five game changers: education, economic sustainability, criminal justice, civic engagement and health and heath care access. She has served in numerous leadership capacities of the local, state and national level of the organization. Kamilia has engaged hundreds of youth leaders across the country by re-activating NAACP college chapters, training students on advocacy and civil rights issues, and mentoring students as they developed as leaders. In her first year as Executive Director, Kamilia hosted the 110th NAACP Convention bring 10,000 people to Detroit and over $11 million dollars in economic impact. Kamilia is a graduate of Lewis Cass Technical High School and holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and a Master’s of Public Administration with a focus in Nonprofit Policy and Management from Wayne State University. In her community, Kamilia serves as a current member of the Detroit Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., Alumni of New Leaders Council Detroit, and member of the Renaissance (MI) Chapter of the Links, Inc. She also is a board member for Detroit Future City, Neighborhood Legal Services Michigan and other community advisory groups in the city of Detroit. Her leadership skills and dedication have earned recognition as a Detroit Young Professionals 2019 Vanguard Awardee, Leadership Detroit Class XLI (41) Fellow, Michigan Chronicle’s 40 under 40 Awardee, and Walker’s Legacy Power25 Awardee for women in business.

Dr. Lee Meadows

President, State of Michigan Chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources

Lee E. Meadows, is a Professor of Management at Walsh College and a Consultant with over 30 years of experience working in, consulting for, writing about and presenting on Human Resource issues. He has a strong background in Human Resources and is on the forefront of identifying trends that will impact the profession. As a Human Resource professional, his practical experiences include progressive leadership roles at Michigan State University, General Motors, the Kellogg Foundation, EDS/A.T. Kearney, Consulting Services, Con-Way Transportation Services. He is currently the President of the State of Michigan Chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources and co-founder and co-leader of the Walsh College Annual Human Resources Summit and the HR Analytics Conference. He has presented sessions at Michigan HR Day, MISHRM, MNSHRM, DetroitSHRM, American Society of Employers (ASE), Association for Training and Development (ATD) and the Detroit Administrative HR Day. He publishes monthly articles on his LinkedIn page, Forbes Coaches Council, Advisory Council and TrainingIndustry.com. He remains active in designing, developing and delivering leadership and HR curriculums for both profit and non-profit organizations.
