Join Jolly Pumpkin Restaurant and Taphouse and Marietta Cellars as well as Vintage Wines for an evening of wine and artisan fare. Representatives from the vineyards will guide guests through a selection of wines paired with a gourmet menu created by Chef Cory Beattie, including:
Freixenet Sparkling Ice
Bison – Carpaccio bison tenderloin, cured duck yolk, juniper vinaigrette and greens.

Marietta Old Vine Red Lot 66 Sonoma
Hunter’s Stew – Featuring game meat, sauerkraut, sausage, gravy and mushrooms

Marietta Old Vine Rose
Rabbit Saddle – Includes sausage, molé sauce and risotto

2014 Marietta Christo
Mushroom Gnocchi – Beef demi, ricotta, brie mornay and a poached quail egg

2014 Marietta Arme Cabernet
Wild Salmon – An ash rubbed salmon with boysenberry, Chioggia beet and broccoflower

2015 Marietta Roman Zinfandel
Eggs – Chocolate eggs, rice water and passion fruit

Admission is $50 per person, including tax and gratuity. Reservations are advisable as space is limited. Call 248-544-6256 to reserve your spot. Guests must be 21 or older.
