Ed Schwartz, President of Bloomfield Hills-based Schwartz & Co. has been appointed to serve on the U.S. Department of Labor’s ERISA Advisory Council, which advises the Department of Labor (DOL) on regulation and oversight of the country’s 401(k), pension, and other institutional retirement plans.
