What started out in 2017 as an idea to make a living baking delicious desserts took a giant leap forward Feb. 8 when entrepreneur Stephanie Dolly opened Dolly’s Delights in Grand Rapids. She is a graduate of entrepreneur support organization SpringGR,which provides business training, mentoring and coaching.
