Tom Dluzen, president and CEO of Chief Financial Credit Union has been appointed to the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. A longtime resident of Birmingham, Dluzen expanded the Chief Financial footprint by opening Chief’s Birmingham branch last year.
