FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. — Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, announced that Randall T. Allman has been named its new president. In this role, Allman will help lead the firm’s strategic growth initiatives, with a focus on strengthening its industrial services platform across Michigan and further advancing the Lee brand nationally.

With more than 32 years of corporate real estate consulting experience, Allman advises clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, investment sales, and industrial site development throughout the region. He has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies and provided strategic portfolio guidance on both national and global assignments.
Throughout his career, Allman has received multiple industry honors, including the Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR) “Leader of the Pack” Award for Largest Industrial Lease, NAIOP’s “Lease of the Year,” Crain’s Detroit Business Real Estate Excellence “Lease of the Year,” First Class Broker recognition, and multiple Power Broker awards.
In addition, Allman is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) as well as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.
