Ciena Healthcare has broken ground on a new skilled nursing center in Troy. “Regency at Troy,” on W. Maple Road between Coolidge and Crooks, will offer 154 beds providing both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care suites, and creates between 250 and 300 jobs. It will open in February 2023.
