FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. — Farbman Group, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm, announced the addition of five new team members to its family of organizations. The firm’s growth includes Betty Booker and Alejandra Ortiz, who will support the firm’s efforts in Alabama, as well as John Browning IV and David Gregory, who will join Farbman Group and ClimateGuard Pro in Michigan.

Betty Booker joins Farbman Group’s Alabama team as a property manager for The Park at Callington and Carlyle. Booker brings five years of property management experience, along with expertise in administrative support and tenant relations. Throughout her career, she’s managed lease agreements, overseen daily property operations and supported tenants and property owners.
Alejandra Oritz also joins Farbman Group’s Alabama team as an assistant property manager for The Park at Callington and Carlyle. Ortiz previously served as an operations assistant, where she supported resident services, collections and reporting. She also holds a Foreign Trade Technician degree.
David Gregory joins ClimateGuard Pro, Farbman Group’s new temperature and environmental monitoring solution, as a lead technician. Gregory brings deep, hands-on expertise in HVAC maintenance and repair, as well as proven leadership and technical troubleshooting skills to the organization.
