Farbman Group Expands Family of Companies with Apex Mechanical Solutions

Farbman Group, a leading full-service commercial real estate company, announced today the firm has expanded its family of businesses with the addition of Apex Mechanical Solutions, a heating and cooling company. Farbman Group CEO Andrew V. Farbman made the announcement.

“With the current high demand for maintenance needs across commercial buildings in Metro Detroit, paired with the talent shortage in the skilled trades, it was the right time to take matters in our own hands and create our own HVAC solution,” said Farbman. “Apex Mechanical will allow us to serve our clients heating and cooling needs faster and more efficiently than ever before, with the room to grow the business outside of our current client base to serve the broader need for more talent and service in the HVAC industry down the road.”

Apex Mechanical Solutions was developed to help better service the heating and cooling needs of Farbman Group properties under management. By staffing a company that puts the needs of Farbman’s owned and managed properties as a top priority, the firm will create cost savings in their operations and capital projects.

Farbman Group hired Bracken Merritt to serve as the lead engineer for Apex Mechanical Solutions. He is a certified and licensed HVAC expert with more than five years of experience as a building engineer and maintenance technician.

Apex Mechanical Solutions joins the Farbman Group family of companies, including Huntington Construction, Huntington Maintenance Company, NAI Farbman and FarbNET.
