So many are feeling immense psychological and emotional fatigue given the continued challenges with COVID-19 combined with horrible events unfolding across the globe. Sadness, frustration, and loneliness, are becoming common emotions that many are now living with daily. Leading during this time can be especially tricky for people leaders who have to manage for positive outcomes. Knowing that a staff member may be struggling and not being comfortable approaching them can be both frustrating and negatively impact an entire team and compromise performance.
