The challenge is real. 42% of global employees have experienced a decline in their emotional well-being since the start of the pandemic. So many are feeling immense psychological and emotional fatigue given the continued challenges with COVID-19 combined with horrible events unfolding across the globe. Sadness, frustration, and loneliness, are becoming common emotions that many are now living with daily. Leading during this time can be especially tricky for people leaders who have to manage for positive outcomes.
