Charles Tassell has worked on public policies for the past 20 years. He has advised policy development for dozens of municipalities, counties, and several states, authoring several pieces of legislation. Tassell has spent more than 16 years on real estate-related policies ranging from taxes to federal and local environmental issues and serving on several state, national and international panels regarding issues such as crime, development, and foreclosures.
