Jan. 8, 2012 - The light shined on urban style, autos and diversity as 16th Annual Urban Wheel Awards throttled up events at The North American International Auto Show in Detroit. The awards honor companies, executives, suppliers and others for recognizing the growing multicultural consumer and embracing diversity in operations and mission.

Someone has to take out the trash, wash the floors after demonstrations, and provide security when full-time resources are reduced.
