Forum Think Tank features Cutting-Edge Research on Leadership

Sept. 8, 2010 - Naperville, Ill. – The Forum for People Performance Management and Measurement will present its latest research study on leadership, using input from America’s leading corporations.  Forum Academic Director Dr. Frank Mulhern of Northwestern University will present the study’s findings at its third Think Tank symposium titled, A New Age: People-Centered Leadership, on Wed., Sept. 15, 2010 at the Union League Club of Chicago.

The study incorporates interviews with senior leaders of several major corporations including Aflac, Edward Jones, Mayo Clinic, American Red Cross, SAAS, McDonalds, SE Johnson and more. Their insight is supporting the development and understanding of the concept of “Employee Enrichment,” which describes a strategic point of view on the value of employees in the workplace.

The Forum Think Tank event will also feature keynote speaker Jeff Taylor, founder of Monster.com. From the advent of job sites like Monster.com and social networking sites, the Internet has completely changed the dynamics of the employer-employee relationship. Taylor’s presentation will examine the current employment environment and the challenges employers face.

Another key benefit of the conference is opportunity for participants to discuss important topics with peers, as well as with academic and people performance experts.

Registration fees are $250 for corporate participants and $150 for academic/student participants. Persons purchasing one registration may buy a second registration for $125.
