-  A good work ethic isn’t really working hard or a lot of hours. To me, a good work ethic is conducting yourself in a professional manner, remaining diligent in the fulfillment of your role and responsibilities.

- When times were good, cities and state governments were often accused of being slow-moving or anti-business; it was too often an anti-partnership. Now things must change.

- We have a warped perception of conformity in our culture. It seems it is perfectly acceptable and even encouraged, to be as deviant as possible in manners of speech, costume and behavior

- I had the pleasure of meeting with an entrepreneur this week wanting to become a business coach/consultant. She was reaching out to see what my experiences have been with consultants. The first thought I had is great, the world doesn’t really need another consultant.

- Although the IT industry is often accused of over-promising and under-delivering, looking back over time, the opposite is more the case.
